By participating in the 2017 OMA Study Tour, I acknowledge that all stops and presentations may be recorded, photographed, and used by the OMA and I grant the OMA the right to use these photographs and videos from all Conference activities for print or online delivery and promotion. I acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in OMA Conference events and activities of my own free will and intentional act and that I am fully aware and assume full responsibility for my own well-being and property in the event of any physical injury or theft that may occur to me as a result of my participation in the Conference and Pre-Conference events and activities.
