WHAT IS THE LEARNING LAB? The Learning Lab is a professional development approach and innovative training environment that will provide Ontario’s museum and heritage workers, students, life-long learners and volunteers, with specialized training using technology.
WHY SUPPORT THE LEARNING LAB? Because it’s your future! The Learning Lab will lead the OMA and Ontario’s museum sector into the future by enabling museum workers to produce creative content that showcases and celebrates our culture, heritage and history.  Hosting training for small groups on-site and online, The Learning Lab will be a comfortable physical and virtual learning environment where members, regardless of their location in the province, will acquire new skills that will help to position museums for greater participation in Ontario’s competitive cultural marketplace.
