The OMA Annual Conference is the largest provincial museum conference in Canada, bringing together museum professionals and decision-makers from over 700 museums, art galleries, and heritage sites across the province.  The 2019 theme of Networks considers how collaborating broadly and in coordination with a network helps museums to realize their full potential.  Delegates will examine how networks allow museums to engage with a variety of institutions and people who might not otherwise be engaged, reaching new audiences, creating new champions, and finding solutions.  Brantford is close to the Greater Toronto Area, and is easily accessible on a variety of transit options, a high number of delegates are expected!
