Each Museum Partner site identified a team of two staff. One of these staff was the Catalyst, an emerging museum leader committed to effecting diverse and inclusive change. Catalysts took the lead role in this project and were supported by an Advocate, a member of their museum's management team who aided and supported them in the delivery of a community project.
