Rethink and Restore!
How have historic sites responded to changes in interpretation and historical research and technology?
How are they changing and refreshing in the face of changing audience demographics and competition for leisure time?
How are they adapting to work with community partners and offering collaborative approaches to presenting historical narratives and programming?
Visitors to Todmorden Mills and Montgomery's Inn will consider these questions and discuss best restorative practices and creating more dynamic historical sites - spaces for collaboration, learning and immersion.
PLUS visit the Montgomery's Inn farmer's market and a historic themed lunch!
