New Bursaries for #OMAConf2020
Bursaries for OMA Conference Registration

The Ontario Museum Association has made efforts to offer affordable and reasonable prices and options for its first virtual Annual Conference, to make it accessible to the greatest number of people. In this time of the pandemic, the Ontario Museum Association recognizes the importance of bringing the sector together, and we understand that this may be a challenging time financially for individuals and institutions. The Conference Bursary will be available to OMA members in good standing who would otherwise be unable attend the OMA Conference.

Applications will be considered on a first come, first served basis. We thank the OMA Council who redirected their annual donations for the AGM in-person breakfast towards Conference bursaries.

Please complete the bursary application form HERE. Applications are due on October 9, 2020.

Bursary recipients will be encouraged to share learnings with their Regional Museum Network and other colleagues.

If you wish to make a donation to the Ontario Museum Association and its work you may do so HERE. Donors will be acknowledged and thanked for their contribution to Ontario’s museum community.
