Neil Lumsden new Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport
First-time elected MPP, Neil Lumsden, will serve as Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport. He was elected to the Hamilton East—Stoney Creek riding.
Neil is a former Canadian Football League player who played for the Toronto Argonauts and Hamilton Tiger-Cats. In 2014, he was inducted into the Canadian Football Hall of Fame in Hamilton.

STAYING IN CABINET Stephen Lecce remains Minister of Education. Peter Bethlenfalvy stays on as Minister of Finance. Paul Calandra will continue to be Minister of Long-Term Care, and Doug Downey remains Attorney General.
OUT OF CABINET Lisa MacLeod is not returning to cabinet, neither is Ross Romano who is out as Minister of Government and Consumer Services.
NEW IN CABINET In addition to Michael Ford, first time MPP, George Pirie the former mayor Timmins will be appointed as Minister of Mines, a new portfolio. Neil Lumsden, a newly elected PC MPP from Hamilton East-Stoney Creek will be the Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sport, replacing the ousted Lisa MacLeod.
